When you buy any products from MAURITS DINGELDEIN, registered VAT

Netherlands, the following
terms and conditions will apply to both parties, both yourselves and
MAURITS DINGELDEIN.
You must be 18+ years old to place an order on-line, or if
younger, be
supervised by a parent or guardian with full consent to purchase goods.
It is your duty to supply correct contact details when placing an
order.
ORDERING
It
is
you obligation to check that all information supplied
by you when making an order is correct and accurate. It is your
obligation to
contact us if any of the details in the order confirmation are
incorrect before the order is
dispatched.
No contract exists between both you and MAURITS DINGELDEIN, until
acceptance for the order is given and goods are
dispatched. If an order is declined an email will be sent with reasons
why.
After ordering we will inform you of the delivery period as most items
will have to be made after ordering. Not more than five days before the
items can be dispatched we will send you our invoice by email.

SHIPPING
INFORMATION
We
have 3
types of destination choices when ordering products from
our
webshop.
The Netherlands à € 7.00
(24-hour delivery)
Europe (not being The Netherlands) à € 15.00 (2-7 days delivery
time, depending on destination)
Outside Europe à € 20.00 (5-12 days delivery time, depending on
destination)
Goods will be sent to the shipping
address given so please make sure all details are correct in the order
confirmation.
The shipping costs will be charged per order
independent of the quantity of items you have ordered.
Multi goods purchases may be sent separately if certain items
are
out of stock or
still in production as we deliver custom-made items. Shipping costs
will only be charged once though per order.
When your order is placed we will
send you a preliminary confirmation.
This confirmation will be followed by the estimated delivery-time
(depending on the fact if the product is in stock in your size; most
products will be custom- and handmade after your order). The invoice
will be sent not more than five days before the estimated date of
shipping of your order.
Once your package is paid for and shipped we will send you an email
with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect.
Estimated shipping time of jewellery after ordering: after 2 working
days.
Estimated shipping time of accessories after ordering: 1 working day.
Estimated shipping time of clothing after ordering: 1-10 working days.
We take the greatest care when packing your order to ensure it
gets to
you in perfect condition. All packaging is as much as possible fully
recycable and is
manufactured from
either 100% recycled material or has a high recycled content.

RETURN
POLICY
We
hope
that
you
will
be
or
are
delighted
with
your
order.
Should
you
wish
to
return
any
items
from
your
order
for
an
exchange
or
refund,
this is no problem at all. Please follow these
instructions.
Please return all goods within 30 days following the delivery
of
your order in their original condition and packaging
by 1st class recorded mail to:
MAURITS DINGELDEIN, Achterom 55-57, 2611 PM Delft, The
Netherlands.
Please write a note detailing your name, and what you would
like
us to do with the item(s) you
are returning. Would you like a refund or exchange? If you would like
an
exchange, please inform us in detail of exactly which item(s) you would
like.
Please obtain a 'proof of posting' from the Post Office, when
you
return orders to us. It is difficult for us to exchange, refund, or
replace items that are lost in the post, unless a 'proof of posting'
can be provided.
We will be very happy to refund the return postage
for damaged and/or incorrect orders you have received, if you return
the package to us using the TNT Mailservice for Dutch orders or a 1st
class recorded mailservice in your country and not a courier
service.
For exchange orders in The Netherlands and some small,
lightweight foreign orders, we
will send out your exchange items with no additional delivery charge.
For all foreign orders, we do not refund any postage
costs incurred in returning item(s) to us.

These
terms and conditions have been given to avoid any problems and must be
respected and fully understood by both
parties. In ordering from MAURITS DINGELDEIN you consent and except all
areas
covered in the terms and conditions.
